The new Bemosphere estate will consist of six modern buildings.
The Natural building, which will be built during the first stage of the investment, will consist of 107 apartments. Next, a Central building will be constructed deep inside the estate. The southern end of the investment will be marked by Time, a mini-square adjacent to the building, which will be the local centre of social life.
